I’m Tami Smith, a Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience in healthcare. My journey began at the age of 16, and since then I’ve worked across multiple settings and specialties, serving patients across the lifespan—from newborns to older adults.
With a deep respect for the men and women who have served our country, I founded Grace and Grit Medical Solutions to support veterans in a unique way: by providing expert medical nexus letters that help connect service-related conditions to the benefits they’ve earned.
